Meadowlark Crossing Guards get instruction from Chinook Chief of Police

On January 17th Meadowlark School had our annual crossing guard training, hosting a guest speaker to talk to 4th, 5th and 6th grade students on the importance of crossing guard safety. Elmer Zarn, Chinook's Chief of Police, spoke to the Meadowlark students on the importance and safety of being a crossing guard. Chief Zarn taught the students how to hold the signs appropriately and slowly extend the sign before immediately going out to the street.
