We had a request for the movie Singin’ in the Rain with Gene Kelly and Debbie Reynolds, so we will be showing it today at 1:00 p.m. True Grit starring John Wayne will be the final movie on May 9th. Everyone is welcome to attend, and refreshments will be served. Movies are being shown with closed captioning whenever possible. Movies will resume in the fall.
Blaine County Library, in cooperation with the Post Office, Grande Villa, Ace Hardware, and Bear Paw Credit Union would like to invite everyone to a Customer Appreciation Block Party Thursday, May 3rd from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Visit each business and have a treat, and get your participation card stamped for a chance to win a door prize. Cards must be stamped by all 5 businesses to qualify for drawings. There will be a free lunch in the basement of the Grande Villa.
Be sure to check out the on-going book sale in the entryway. You may find something you just can’t do without! All proceeds from our book sales go into our memorial fund and are used for special programming and items to enhance the library.
