A Forgotten Chapter of Chinook History

On this past April 23rd, a Chinese restaurant in Butte closed its doors. Pekin Noodle Parlor was not just any Chinese restaurant though. It was the oldest continually operating Chinese restaurant in the United States. For 115 years, Pekin had a front row seat to the dramatic story of the west's most interesting city.
