Winter sports season set to get underway

The Winter Sports seasons finally upon us and with that comes the start of the High School Basketball and Wrestling seasons.
The Turner Tornado girls and boys basketball teams will be in action this Friday and Saturday in Glasgow at the Class C Showcase while the Chinook Sugarbeeter wrestling team will be at the Havre Invitational Friday and Saturday while the Harlem Wildcat wrestlers will be in Cascade Friday and Saturday.
The Harlem boys and Hays/Lodge Pole boys and girls basketball teams will begin their seasons on December 6th at the Native American Classic in Havre at the Montana State University-Northern Armory gymnasium. The Harlem girls will play their first contest of the new year on December 7th, also at the Classic.
The Chinook Sugarbeeter girls and boys will get their season started on December 7 at the Chester/Joplin-Inverness Kick Off Classic in Chester.
