The library board of trustees meets today at 4:15 for its regular monthly meeting.

Contact the library if you have completed February's Book Challenge to read a book based on its cover. The Book Challenge for March is to read the first book in a trilogy.

Carly is planning to be in Turner at Big Flat Grocery March 6 for Books and Babies, weather permitting.

The new selection for the Online Book Club will be announced March 1. Search "Harlem Public Library Online Book Club" on Facebook to get connected.

"Tech Time" is held every Wednesday from 1:00 - 2:00 when Carly is available to assist with your technology questions. Call or stop by with your device.

"The Widows" is a new novel by Jess Montgomery. This story is inspired by the true story of Ohio's first female sheriff. Set in Kinship, Ohio, in 1924, Lily Ross learns her husband, Daniel, the town's sheriff has been killed in an apparent accident while transporting a prisoner. Hours after the funeral, Marvena Whitcomb appears at Lily's door begging to speak with Daniel about her missing daughter. The two women's lives collide as they realize Daniel was not the man either of them believed him to be.

Matthew Quirk is the author of "Night Agent." In this political thriller an FBI agent must stop a Russian mole in the White House to save America from a catastrophic betrayal.

"The Heartbeat of Wounded Knee" by David Treuer is a nonfiction account of how Native Americans have struggles to "preserve their tribes, their cultures, and their very existence" since the 1890 massacres of at least 150 Lakota Sioux at Wounded Knee in South Dakota.

Sofia Lundberg has written "The Red Address Book." Ninety-six-yea-old Doris lives alone in the her Stockholm apartment Skyping weekly with her grandniece, Jenny. When Doris was a girl her father gave her an address book in which Doris has documented everyone she met and loved through her life. Looking over her entries has given Doris the urge to write down the stories of her colorful past hoping they will help Jenny haunted by a difficult childhood.

A new novel by Lisa Scottoline is "Feared." Three men announce they are suing Mary DiNunzio and Bennie Rosato's law firm for reverse sex discrimination - claiming they were not hired because they are men. Their lawyer is Nick Machiavelli who has already lost to Mary once. Now he is determined to destroy the firm. When the case turns deadly, Mary and her associates must stop Machiavelli, solve a murder, and keep the firm they love.

Other new titles include "Murder on the Red River" by Marcie R. Rendon, "Strangers in Budapest" by Jessica Keener, and "Daughter of War" by Brad Taylor.
