Grand prize winners for the Preschool-1st grade age group, Jacob Pursley and Oz Baker. Congratulations and thank you to all who participated in the Harlem Public Library's summer reading program!
Congratulations to all the participants in a successful Summer Reading Program! The grand prize winners of tablets were Jacob Pursley, preschool – first grade; Juliann Tomaskie-Hawley, grades 2-6; and Dana Azure, teens and adults. Hannah and Izzy VanVoast tied to win the prize for reading the most books in grades 2-6. Oz Baker was the top reader in the preschool – first grade group. A total of 1768 books were read! Thank you again to all who supported the Summer Reading Program by giving donations and by encouraging the children to read.
