The Blaine County Journal News-Opinion - We've Got The County Covered

All the MAST Intake forms (white pages) (every 3 years) and the Nutrition Risk forms (blue pages) (every year) that were distributed during the last 2 weeks are all due back as soon as possible. Both forms are required to be completed by the Agency on Aging for the state database of meal clients at each senior center. Returned data from these 2 forms help in providing funding from the state to the Harlem Senior Center for our meal program.

The Sweet Medical Center from Chinook will be sponsoring the meal on Wednesday, August 21st at the Harlem Senior Citizens Center. If you plan on eating, please call by 4:00 p.m. on the 20th.
