Turner Fire Department:
The students at Turner School received visitors from the Turner Volunteer Fire Department this past Thursday. The firemen came into the classrooms and told of some important fire safety rules, what to do in the case of a fire, changing batteries on your smoke detector, meeting places, etc. They also showed the children their uniforms and how to tell what kind of fire it is by the uniforms that they wear.
