There are 16 apartments, the Sweet Medical Center, the Harlem Senior Center as well as the Congregate and Home Delivered meals. There are 10 (1) bedrooms and 6 (2) bedroom apartments. All tenants must be 55 years of age (married couples must have at least one of the two age 55). The tenant must be totally self-sufficient for cooking, cleaning, mobility, etc. purposes.
