Happy Valentine’s Day! It’s cold outside and it snowed again so come on down to our warm senior center and join in the activities for the week.

Don’t forget… Whist will be played on Wednesday, Feb. 12 after lunch.

We will be playing Bingo on Thursday afternoon at 1 p.m. The winner last week was Maxine Harrison.

Friday, the Kitchen Band will entertain us and after lunch we will play Pinochle.

There will be a “We Love Our Veterans Brunch on Feb. 15th, with a ceremonial program starting at 10 a.m. followed by brunch.

There will be Yoga at 9:30 a.m. on Monday and Pinochle will be played after lunch at 1 p.m.

On Tuesday Feb. 18th Christopher (CJ) Jenness, physical therapist and Rebecca Shackelford, administrator, from the Sweet Memorial Nursing Home will be here at the Center to talk about Bone Health. The program will start at 11:15 a.m. Please call the day before to sign up for lunch 357-2648.

The Pinochle Card Party was on Sunday with high score – Marilyn Williamson and low score – Keith Smith. Myrla McCoy and Curt Chapman had a Double Pinochle.

Stop by and see us at the center… the coffee is always on.
