The Blaine County Journal News-Opinion - We've Got The County Covered

Iota Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, an international society for women educators, met February 24th at the Chinook Motor Inn for a no host dinner meeting. Jana Hauer, Blaine County Public Heath Nurse, was our guest speaker. Jana gave an informative talk about the various responsibilities her job as Public Health Nurse entails. Each year in honor of February being "I Love to Read" month, Iota buys a Scholastic book for each Blaine County Kindergarten student. This is our fun project to encourage the love of reading. At this meeting, we sorted the books for the various Blaine County schools. Iota chapter and member, Sandy McNeill, share a February 16 birthday. President Paulette Cronk made a delicious cake that was served to all those in attendance. Thank you, Paulette!
