We have 2 new board members after the election on Friday July 17th. Steve Edwards and Peggy Perry will be joining Tom Tilleman, Ken Schubert, Lorraine Mulonet, Terry Grabofsky, and Kathy O’Brien.
I was out of town visiting friends a couple of weekends ago and this young man asked me about the meals at the Senior Center. He wanted to know if anyone could come in and eat or order a meal, or did you have to be 65 or older. Anyone who wants a meal, it does not matter how old you are, can call for a meal. When we are open to the public again for sit down meals anyone may come for a meal. $6 for those people younger than 60 and for those that are over 60 a meal is $5. We ask that you call 357-2648 by 10 a.m. for your meal, that way we have enough for everybody.
Hearing clinic is on Tuesday, August 11. Anyone wanting to sign up needs to call Karyn at the Senior Center to schedule your appointment.
