WISHING Spring Was Here Already

November 11, 2020

According to the National Weather Service, nearly 9" of snowfall fell over the region this weekend with some areas getting much more. Drifting and blowing snow was a major problem due to the high winds. Road travel was for essential traffic only throughout much of the county with roads being blown in just hours after being plowed. It is in times like these that we want to remind folks to keep your cupboards stalked with essential goods. Keep plenty of batteries, candles and blankets available in an emergency situation. If traveling outside, dress warm and keep essential supplies in your vehicle. Check on your neighbors and assist the elderly when possible. Storms like this takes its toll on everyone, and we need to help those in need as much as we can.
