Valley Clovers
The Valley Clovers 4-H club met on March 14th, at 1:00, at Sleeping Buffalo Hot Springs, for their spring activity.
The club discussed selling Butter braids again as a fundraiser, and after a motion and a second, the decision was made to sell them by the next meeting in April. Our President, Allyssa Schoen will be getting the forms and handing them out as soon as they are ready. The Club then discussed our Guest Speaker for the year, and it was decided to have Nick Courville come and speak at April’s meeting. Nick is a Feed Nutritionist and plans on giving a talk on feed nutrition and how important it is for our 4-H animals. Wacee Simenson reported on the Assurance meeting that was held at the Commercial building, and how important proper nutrition is for your show animals, and getting them ready for the fair. There was no more new business, so the club adjourned the meeting. The 4-H members then spent the rest of the afternoon swimming and enjoying pizza. The next meeting will be April 11th, at 1:00, at Walner Hall.
