During the month of March the library is having the “Buy a Bag O’Books” sale! You may fill a grocery sack full of used books for only one dollar.

The Book Club new selection is “Moloka’i” by Alan Brennert and may be picked up this week. The first discussion will be March 21, 4 P.M.

Congratulations to the winners of the February “Love Your Library” month drawings! In the adult category Morgann Longfox won a $20 gas card from EZ Mart as well as a book. Oz Baker, in the children’s category, won a Magic School Bus Space Game and a new book! Thanks to all who participated.

The Book Challenge for March is to read a book with a two-word title. You may win a gift card from a local business!

The library is hosting “Bring It to the Table” discussion sessions for small business owners or entrepreneurs once a month. This month the meeting will be on March 28, 11:30 -12:30 in the library meeting room. Bring your questions, concerns and ideas to share. Special guest will be Joe LaPlante from the Small Business Development Center in Havre and the topic will be business plans.

Triangle Communications will present a program on “Internet Security” on March 28, 6 P.M. at the library. This presentations will cover email and phone scams, password protection and other security concerns. Bring your questions and also your devices if you wish.

Are you looking for a new suspense novel? Why not try “Nanny Dearest” by Flora Collins, “The Necklace” by Matt Witten, “The Sorority Murder” by Allison Brennan, or “Not a Sound” by Heather Gudenkauf.

“Biscuits and Gravy” is a Chuckwagon Trail western by William W. Johnstone.

Inspirational books include Lynn Austin’s historical fiction novel “Chasing Shadows” and “The Prince and the Prodigal” by Jill Eileen Smith.

James Rollins brings to readers a new science fiction series beginning with “The Starless Crown.”

Take advantage of the new extras available through MontanaLibrary2Go. Throughout 2022 the state library is using ARPA funding to provide access to Method Test Prep for students to prepare for both the ACT and SAT exams; The Great Courses which offers a collection of lectures for lifelong learning on a variety of topics; and Universal Classes, which offers over 500 self-paced courses that can be taken for CE credit or audited just for fun. You may access these extras using the Libby app or visit libbyapp.com. You will prompted to find your library and sign in with a valid library card number. Contact the library for more information.

Did you know the library offers interlibrary loan services? If we do not have a book, DVD, or audio book you are looking for we will try to borrow it from another library. All we ask is a two dollar deposit which you will get back if you pick up and return the book on time.

We invite families to participate in the programs at the library. Story Time for ages 0-5 is held on Tuesdays at 10 A.M. Grade School students are invited to After School Squad on Wednesdays at 3:30. All ages are invited to Lego Club on Thursdays at 3:30.
