One Health Sweet held an Open House at its Harlem facility on the afternoon of April 6 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. This gave residents an opportunity to tour the new building, meet the staff, and enjoy refreshments.
The One Health staff expressed excitement at the prospect of seeing patients in Harlem again. One individual remarked: "We are so excited to be seeing you all again, and we are ready to better your healthcare!"
All of the current One Health Sweet providers who will rotate through Harlem were on hand greeting community members and guiding tours. In Primary Care, those providers are Dr. Joseph Nemes, MD; Samantha Thompson, NP; Lindsay Rucinsky, NP; and Stephanie Christman, NP. The two Behavioral Health providers are Christina Hoppe, Psy.D; and Michelle Tomaskie, LCPC. Also present were several nurses, medical assistants, and even a behavioral health care manager.
The turnout was reported as good. Refreshments included chips, crackers, meat, cheese, and veggie trays. Those who attended also received One Health water bottles, hot/cold packs, and small travel first aid kits.
