Chinook junior Lexi Pitkanen reaches high to return the volley during action this past weekend in Choteau. Pitkanen and her Doubles partner, junior Torin Cecrle have began the season 5-1.
The Chinook Sugarbeeter Tennis Team is busy getting their roster all the experience they can to start the season. Weather of course always plays a big part in high school spring sports across our great state. This past weekend the Sugarbeeters were in Choteau competing with a number of teams. Chinook began the season with some early season competition in Chinook and Fort Benton.
Chinook Head Tennis Coach, Janelle Deanon is excited about how her team has began the season and provided some depth to each athletes performance thus far.
