Chinook Tennis Looking Good as the Prepare for Divisional

The Chinook Sugarbeeter Tennis team has performed exceptionally well this season, from the most experienced senior to the newest freshman. As a team they have compiled a 112-21 record, winning 84.2% of their matches. Freshman Ashlyn Jensen has compiled a perfect 15-0 record.

The Chinook High School Tennis team has compiled a remarkable overall record as a team, winning 84% of their matches overall. Every athlete on the team has a winning record and has improved week to week. The team hosted the Fort Benton Longhorns this past Monday, but result have yet been made available. The girls were supposed to compete in Poplar this past weekend but the Invitational ended up being canceled and will not be made up.

Moving forward the 'Beeter netters will head to Great Falls this Friday in their final regular season meet before the post season gets underway.

The Sugarbeeters will then head to the Northern B/C Divisional in Havre. The 'Beeters look to be in good shape in both the singles and doubles tournaments. The top four players in the singles tournament as well as the top two Double teams advance to the State B/C.

This year the Montana Class B/C Girls State Tennis Tournament will be held in Bozeman, May 19-20

Freshman Rilee Molyneaux has been exceptional teaming up with doubles partner, freshman Jeni Mord, the duo has compiled a 12-4 overall record this spring.
