Sympathy is extended to the family of Wally Beck who passed away on Saturday, Nov. 5th. Services will be held later this week.

The Hogeland Lutheran Church held their annual turkey dinner and bazaar this past Sunday, Nov. 6th. Everyone who attended and got take-outs enjoyed a delicious meal.

Sympathy is extended to the family of Dick Hamilton who passed away last Tuesday, Nov. 1st. A memorial service will be held in December.

The Turner Junior High basketball teams played Chinook in Turner on Friday, then traveled to Box Elder on Saturday. This weekend, the Tornadoes are scheduled to travel to Hays on Friday and to Chinook on Saturday for a Jamboree.

Susan Billmayer visited Jane Krass and Anita Reed on Thursday morning, and Sharon Goodrich visited that afternoon at Jane’s. Hilary, Linda, and Diana visited throughout the week as well.

Jennifer Strzelczyk visited with Susan and Gene Billmayer on Sunday morning, also helping make lemon pies.
