Join us Friday at 1:30 for the Summer Reading Kickoff Black Light Party! Monday Beat the Heat Movies at 1:30 p.m., Teen Scene (grade 7-12) at 5:30-6:30. Tuesday Story Time at 10:30. Wednesday Summer Reading Program at 1:30, Thursday Move and Do at 10:30, LEGO Club at 1:30.
Harlem Library
The Harlem Library board will meet today, May 28, 4:30 P.M. for their monthly board meeting. The library will close at noon May 30 for staff and board training. Contact the library if you have completed the May Book Challenge. June’s Book Challenge is to read a book with a color in the title. Summer Reading is underway. Children may still register and are invited to participate in the weekly programs: Storytime for ages 0-5 and parent/caregivers meets on Tuesdays at 10 A.M. Summer STEAM for elementary students is held on Wednesdays on 1:00 P.M. and Lego Club for all ages meets on Thursdays at 4 P.M. Tweens, teens and adults are invited to participate in summer reading as well. For each book completed you may enter to win a $50 gift card.
The Stepping On workshop series, to guard against falls, continues on Monday, June2, 1:30 P.M.
