We had the honor of serving the families of both Helen Parnell and Lois Butcher, this past Saturday. Both of these ladies were well loved and are deeply missed in our small community. I had tremendous help from Ardis Conrad, Rose Noel, Rita Surber, Marcia Mohar and Judy Johnson to keep ahead of the large number of people who came to show their respects and to share their favorite memories of these fine ladies. We are blessed to have known them and will carry wonderful memories of them, always.
