FWP Releases Reminders for Hunters

With the general deer and elk hunting season opening this weekend, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (FWP) officials wish to remind hunters of several key principles. In a news release on October 15, the Helena office published a notice for outdoorsmen and women about avoiding ten common hunting mistakes.

“Remember, it is up to the hunter to be familiar with the current year’s hunting regulations to be safe, ethical, and law-abiding,” FWP stated.
