Hi-Line Teams Advance in Volleyball Postseason

Last weekend saw the opening round of the 2025 Class C volleyball postseason, and many area squads found success.

At the District 9C Tournament in Belt, the North Star Knights finished second, losing to Belt 3-0 in the championship match last Saturday night. North Star had beaten Big Sandy in the third-place match in a 3-2 thriller to advance. The Pioneers reached the third-place match with a 3-1 win over the Box Elder Bears.

The 9C Tournament was the end of the line for the Hays-Lodge Pole Thunderbirds. The T-Birds lost to North Star 3-0 and were then eliminated by Box Elder 3-0.
