Instead, the first week of the hoops postseason was the end of the line for both the Chinook boys and girls teams.     The Turner Tornadoes can now call themselves District 9C champions. That's because last Saturday night in Havre, the Tornadoes took care of business. In the District 9C girls championship game, Turner beat Box Elder 47-27 to capture the 9C championship and advance to this weekend's Northern C Divisional Tournament.
