The weather cooperated and it turned out to be a busy last week for the Havre High softball team.
Things started a little rocky for the Blue Ponies last Tuesday as they lost their home opener to Lewistown 26-9 at the Sixth Avenue Memorial Field. Havre was still in the game late, but the Eagles put up 10 runs in the last inning. Riley Doney and Kenzi Harwood led Havre in runs scored with three each. Doney also lead the team in hits with three. Eight different Ponies knocked had RBI's in the game, while Olivia Keller and Alaura Moore each gave up six hits in pitching duties.
