Beeters, area squads compete hard in Choteau

The Chinook track and field teams were back in action this weekend, and the Sugarbeeters worked hard at the annual Choteau Invitational last week,

The Chinook boys finished ninth out of 17 teams in Choteau, with the Betters scoring 17 points. Harlem also scored 14 points to place 12th overall, while on the girls side, Chinook didn't score, while Harlem had 10 points.

Britt Powell shined again for the Chinook boys with a win in the 3,200 meters. Powell finished with a time of 10:29.44 for his second win of the season.
