The Chinook boys and girls track and field teams had one last tune-up before the 2026 postseason begins this weekend. And the Sugarbeeters turned in some good performances in their last meet of the regular season.
Last Friday, Chinook competed in the Fergus Invitational, where there was most Class A powers like Havre, Lewistown and Billings Central. The Chinook boys finished an outstanding fifth out of 19 teams with 29 points, while the Chinook girls tallied two team points.
