The position of Hill County Treasurer is on the ballot this year, with two Democrats vying for the seat. Incumbent Sandra Brown is running against first-time candidate Jalyn Kinsella.
Both candidates grew up on the Hi-Line and share the belief that communication and transparency are key to the role of Treasurer.
