The 2nd Annual Music Festival, "That Guy in the Hat" will take place on Main Street in Harlem on July 25. A tribute to the late Alex Billmayer, the festival will feature live music by four different bands. The celebration opens when the street closes at 2:00 p.m. and runs until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Vendors will begin setting up for the event at 1:00 on Saturday afternoon, with a food court slated to open at 2:00 p.m. The Wet Weather Band will be the first to take the stage at approximately 3:30.
