Annual Fishing Day Loses Out to Weather

Busses were due to arrive at South Faber Reservoir near Cleveland around 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14 for Kids’ Fishing Day. Sponsored by the Chinook Rod and Gun Club, this annual event typically draws youth from Chinook, Harlem, Zurich, Cleveland, and Bear Paw Schools. However, with driving rain falling early in the morning and 50 mph wind gusts at 7:00 a.m., Elmer Zarn made the decision to cancel.
