Independence Bank Promotes Carlson to Loan Officer

Independence Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ethan Carlson to the position of Ag/Commercial Loan Officer at the Havre branch.

Ethan joined Independence Bank in August of 2023 as a part-time teller while completing his education. He then moved to credit analyst and back-up teller, then started as a part-time loan assistant in the fall of 2024. He graduated from Montana State University Northern in the spring of 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
