Local players compete in 79th East-West Shrine Game

Many players from he Hi-Line took part in the annual Montana East-West Shrine Game, which was held for the 79th time last Saturday night n Butte.

All of the area players playing in the annual football all-star game competed for the East squad, which well to the West 20-6. It was the sixth straight victory for the West.

Playing in the game from the Hi-Line, included Chester-Joplin-Inverness' Cooper Street playing defensive back, as well as Montana's Dawson Hammond, also playing DB. Hammond is headed to the University of Montana. Khye Gamas of Glasgow also competed for the East. Andrew Linder of...
