Havre High starts fresh, hosts Whitefish Friday night
Jake Eldridge and the Havre Blue Ponies host Whitefish to open the new Class A football season Friday night at 7 p.m. at Blue Pony Stadium.
The thing about high school football that's certain is, change is always going to happen. And that's certainly the case for the Havre High football team as the 2026 season approaches.
Havre had a heartbreaking end to 2025, narrowly missing out on a Class A playoff berth. However, playoffs or not, the Blue Ponies were loaded with senior talent a year ago, especially on the offensive and defensive lines, as well as quarterback, wide receiver and defensive back.
