North side loading source closed for bulk water users

With the freezing weather the Chinook bulk water location at the northeast corner of 3rd Street North and Indiana is closed. The location was installed while outside construction was limiting access to the regular source at the water plant.

John Blankenship, Superintendent of the Water Treatment Plant, said, “Regular access at the plant is now returned.”

He noted haulers would be able to make the loop around the plant rather than having to back up and turn around to exit the plant. Haulers are asked to proceed around the loop with caution as construction workers and equipment will still be cro...
