Hello to all of you out there. Hey all you fellow baby boomers out there, I just wanted to let you know that you are missing out on a very enjoyable time here at the center. You really are old enough to come in and enjoy a meal, play some games, or just visit over a cup of coffee. We always welcome and love to see some new faces and old friends.
Thank you to the Walline Nash Campbell family for the donation of flowers and to the Chamber of Commerce for the pots of flowers out front. They are all beautiful.
Membership for the Senior Citizen Center is coming up July 1, 2018. Please stop in anytime to get paid up. It is $10 a year.
The funding for the Senior Citizen Center will be cut by 10% this next year. We will be looking for ideas for fund raisers to offset that loss. Any ideas submitted will be appreciated.
If you or anyone you know is interested in being a board member please let Rochelle and or Marlane know so we can get your name on the ballot. We are also voting for Senior of the Year 2018. The basket is located at the center. Please vote.
This week June 6 - 12 we will be having a knitting/crocheting bee Wednesday, Bingo on Thursday, Pinochle on Friday, Shanghai Rummy on Tuesday. All activities start at 1 p.m.
