Family Learning Night Has Record Attendance

Hadley Wicks and Teagan Britt, two starry-eyed kindergarten girls, emerge from their tour of the night sky. The Museum of the Rockies STARLAB® was set up in the school's gymnasium.

Principal Jon Martin reported that Family Learning Night, which was held at Meadowlark Elementary School earlier this month, saw around 100 children attend, the largest turn-out yet for this event in four years.

The theme for Family Learning Night was "Across the Universe." Parents accompanied their children on a journey through various stations and activities, collecting passport stamps as they made progress through ten different stations, including the STARLAB® from the Museum of the Rockies located in Bozeman, Montana.
