The Hays Powwow is always well attended and with beautiful pageantry full of eye-popping colors, wonderful dance and amazing singers and drums highlight the festivities and everyone in attendance always has a good time. The Powwow took place August 11-14 at the Hays Powwow grounds. Don Racine III served as Master of Ceremonies and the Arena Director was Sid Goes Ahead.
