HAVRE, Mont. — Hill County recently held a Community Needs Assessment Hearing to gather public input on community development priorities and identify potential projects for future funding applications. The hearing took place on July 21, 2026, at the Havre City Council Chambers and focused on economic development, housing, and public infrastructure needs throughout Hill County.
