NMHC hosts presentation on fall prevention, brain health, and healthy aging

Northern Montana Health Care is hosting a free presentation focused on helping older adults stay active, independent, and healthy.

NMHC social worker Janet Blackaby said the presentation will include information about the signs and symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, along with available resources for individuals and families.

“Being knowledgeable about supportive resources is important to impact the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and their caregivers,” Blackaby said.
