    On Tuesday, May 16, Turner Public School students in grades 7-12 travelled to Harlem High School (HHS), where they joined Harlem Middle School and HHS students, as well as students in grades 6-8 from Chinook for an assembly on Responsible Online and Cell Phone Use. The student group heard speaker, Richard Guerry share his thoughts on topics that included cyber bullying, digital citizenship, social media, and cell phone safety.     The Chinook School Board held a reorganizational meeting prior to the regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 9. Chairman Billmayer called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM. The first order of business was the appointment of Justin Liddle to the Board (1 year).     The Chinook community hosted the Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, May 9th. We had 48 donors presenting with 42 productive units on a goal of 46. Great job everyone. We had 3 first time donors: Oliver Standiford, Eleesha Bell and Tess Langford. We also had one donor registering for the first time in a long while, Michelle Sather.     Blaine County residents entering the Montana Meth Project's Paint the State 2023 art contest now have the opportunity to compete for major cash prizes thanks to the generous support of the Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation. Prizes totaling more than $100,000, including three $10,000 grand prizes, will be awarded to the top submissions. One winner could win up to $20,000.
