    At the beginning of each academic quarter, the students at Zurich Elementary School set reading goals. Those who meet those personalized goals earn an opportunity for a special "treat."     This year's schedule begins with vendors setting up at the Chinook Senior Center and the Blaine County Library. Vendors will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and the Library will also host a Book Sale starting at 10:00 a.m. The Hi Line Makers Market will open at 10:00 a.m. in the Old Miscellany Building.
