    Five hog exhibitors and two lamb exhibitors at the Blaine County Fair have won awards in recent carcass contests conducted by the Montana State University (MSU) Extension Program. Grants will be made from the Blaine County Community Foundation Fund, established at MCF by Warren Ross in 1997. Financial support for this grant program also comes from the Ross 87 Ranch Endowment Fund, established by Warren Ross as well.     As a service project, the Paradise Pals 4-H Club has provided for some time now, a recycling trailer at Sweet Memorial Nursing Home in Chinook.
