Last week, the Harlem FFA Chapter traveled to Bozeman and joined nearly 2,000 FFA members and guests for the 86th annual State Conference. The exhibit has information about symptoms and signs that a person might be in an abusive situation. There are phone numbers for help and ways a victim might get to a 'safe haven.' The date, based on the 1973 Peace Accords signing, recognizes the day the remaining American troops in Vietnam arrived back home. How different it is at Easter in the Van Orsdel Methodist Church in Havre than it used to be. On Easter Sunday I will go in clean clothes, maybe even jeans, and a white shirt and a sport coat. I will go to a church that will not be half full of people. I will go to a church where I will hear a good Easter sermon but will be short on music this year.
