    The Harlem Wildcat Volleyball team has been practicing for just over a week now and look forward to getting to play matches against other opponents. They will get that opportunity this weekend when they will take three teams to play in the Annual Malta Pre-Season Tournament.     The Harlem Wildcat cross Country team has been very successful the past few seasons qualifying boys and girls teams for the state meet. Last year Head Coach Hope SpeaksThunder took six boys to the state meet and finished 15th in the team race. She also took five girls where the finished 22nd.     The Chinook Golf Course and Country Club is set to hold its annual Fireball Tournament this Saturday. The Fireball has become one of those tournaments golfers from all over the hi-line look forward to. What began as a fundraiser for the course to raise money to pay off the clubhouse has become a feature event of the course filling the field each year.     This past Sunday new Men’s and Women’s champions were crowned as the Chinook Golf and Country Club held its annual club tournament. Troy Azure won the men’s championship flight with a round of 38-37 75. Azure earned a par on the 18th hole to take the overall lead on the final hole after trailing by a stroke through 17.     Another competitive summer swim season concluded this weekend in Hamilton with the Montana State Federation swim meet. In what has turned out to be another record setting season in the pool for the Chinook Lions and a banner year for the Harlem swim teams, both shined in Hamilton.     The Montana Federation of Swimmers Eastern divisional was held in Malta this past weekend. Teams from Chinook and Harlem were on hand for the event.
