Well, Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow and predicts an early spring. Yay! The weather this winter has been just screwy, not much in the snow department and warmer weather than I can ever remember for winter.
Thank you to the Community Quilters for the centerpiece table mats.
Bingo is played at 1 p.m. every Thursday. Last week’s jackpot winner was Virginia Olson.
On Friday, the Kitchen Band will be playing and there will be pinochle after lunch.
The Public Card Party is set for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m.
Monday, Feb. 10 is the Board of Directors meeting at 1 p.m. It is open to the public.
Our activities start at 1 p.m. and include Pinochle on Monday, Shanghai Rummy on Tuesday, Scrabble/board games, Whist or other cards on Wednesday afternoons, Bingo on Thursday, and cards on Friday. The Kitchen Band plays on Fridays. Anyone is welcome to join us.
Stop by and see us at the center… the coffee is always on.
