Another week of high school basketball on the Hi-Line is now in the books. And that week started off with a bang for the Turner girls.
Last Friday, Turner won an important District 9C game with a 38-28 win over North Star. Turner took an early lead and played one of its best defensive games of the season in the conference victory.
Things didn't go as well for the Turner boys, as the Tornadoes were crushed by the Knights, 61-26. North Star ran out to a 26-4 lead in the first quarter, and the Tornadoes couldn't catch up.
