    In the spirit of a carnival barker, bold red and white striped posters around town attempt to attract patrons to an entertainment event: Come one; come all! The Blaine County 4-H Teen Leaders will be hosting a Carnival and Spaghetti Dinner on Friday, April 12.     The 89th Annual Montana FFA State Convention was held at Montana State University (MSU) in Bozeman on April 3-6, and several Chinook FFA Chapter members returned home with awards. Kendra McMaster, Cord Schneider, Ryle Elliot, and Rachel Gunderson earned their State Degrees, the highest FFA degree in Montana. Previously set in the fall, the new deadline is July 15 for all states, except for Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
