The first Harlem Elementary ROARing students chosen for the month of November are 4th grader, Katie Cochran, and 5th grader, Alden Stiffarm. Katie and Alden have proven to be model students by practicing their ROAR Rules at all times by being Respectful, Organized, Always Safe, and Responsible. Way to go, Katie and Alden!
