According to Debbie Gomke, Blaine County SVOR Administrator, if and when new sexual and violent offenders move to Blaine County or move to a new residence that information will be released to the newspaper on a monthly basis. Changes in the law will also be released to the public. The notification is to ensure the safety of Blaine County residents.
