BCSO to hold Interest meeting at 68th Seed Show

Undersheriff Frank Billmayer has been with Blaine County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) since June 2009. His duties include supervising all of the criminal and death investigations, assisting the Sheriff in performing administrative duties and budget planning. Undersheriff Billmayer also has specific raining in firearms and is one of the Sheriff’s Office firearms instructors and armorers.

The BCSO is an affiliate member of the Montana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and Undersheriff Billmayer has received extensive training in Washington DC and California for undercover chatting and computer forensics. He has also participated in numerous successful undercover stings targeting child sex predators.

Frank Billmayer has very deep Blaine County roots and is the son of Sally Grill-O’Leary (Harlem) and Jay Billmayer (Hogeland/Kalispell). Frank started his education in Harlem and attended Harlem Elementary (K-3rd grade).

He graduated from Harlowton High School in 1996 and immediately enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marines, Frank served as an Infantry Rifleman, Machine Gunner, and Close Combat Instructor.

His duties included being an enlisted instructor training Marine Officer Candidates at OCS in Quantico, VA and later as reconnaissance scout as the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion in Camp Pendleton, CA until 2000 obtaining, the rank of Sergeant.

Frank graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the U of M in 2004 and went to work for Semitool Incorporated in Kalispell, MT. There he worked as a process engineer making semiconductors and computer chips where he traveled throughout Asia and the South Pacific Islands. He later became a project manager at Samsung Electronics and worked and lived in South Korea with future wife Angie.

Frank married Angela (Angie) Billmayer in July 2009 and has two sons (Bridger and Bowman). They live in Chinook and are happy to be raising their children in such a wonderful place, around so many family members and fantastic people in the Blaine County Community.
